How can I check if my trainer is bilingual and speaks French?

• If your URL begins with https://user.7speaking.com, when you book your lesson, you can see your trainer's profile (booking by date and trainer). If you can see "French" in the 2nd language tab, it means that your trainer speaks French.
• Not all trainers are bilingual in French, so be careful if you want a bilingual trainer in French:

 

If your URL begins with https://learner.7speaking.com, you can choose a second default language.

The trainer's profile is visible by clicking on the avatar or on Profile.

 

The profile will then be displayed.
