How do I cancel/reschedule an individual video lesson?

• If your URL begins with https://user.7speaking.com, you must go to the "Live communication" section, then to the "Lessons with a trainer" section and finally to "Booked Lessons".

To reschedule a lesson, you must cancel it on time, i.e. at least 3 hours before the lesson is due to start.

 

Click cancel and cancel this lesson:

 

Then validate the operation.

• If your URL begins with https://learner.7speaking.com, you need to go to the "Live communication" section, then to the "Lessons with a trainer" section and finally to "Booked Lessons".

 

Then click on "Edit" so that you can reschedule the lesson. Go to the bottom of the page and click on reschedule, then on the green button to validate the operation.
